Peel
By downloading or using Peel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Use Peel lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property rights when capturing or sharing content.
Peel turns photos of sticky notes into digital boards, recognizes handwriting on device, lets you organize notes, and supports importing and exporting certain file formats. Features and compatibility may change as the app is updated.
Archive import is intended for files you already have. File formats and contents vary; check the preview and keep your original file. Peel cannot restore data from another app's account or discontinued service.
You can optionally save coordinates with new camera captures. This setting starts off, requests When In Use location permission, and is never required to scan. Including a saved capture location in an export is a separate choice for each PDF, PowerPoint, or Excel export.
Peel is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by 3M or the Post-it brand. References to .postit files describe a supported archive file type, not an official relationship or a guarantee of complete compatibility.
You keep the rights you have in your photos, notes, drawings, and boards. You are responsible for having the right to capture, import, export, and share the content you use. We do not receive your board contents through the app. If you share a copy with another app or person, their handling of that copy is outside Peel.
Capture, handwriting recognition, editing, search, iCloud sync, and one personal board are free without a time limit; built-in sample boards do not count toward that board limit. You may preview an archive for free, but saving the imported board requires Peel Pro.
Peel Pro unlocks additional boards, saved imports, and export and sharing. The app offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. There is no free trial. Current prices and renewal terms appear on the paywall before you buy.
Apple processes purchases. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the end of the current period. If Pro ends, you can still open, view, edit, and delete boards you already made; Pro actions become locked again. Apple handles refund requests under its policies.
Detection, recognition, file import, export, and iCloud sync can vary with lighting, handwriting, file contents, device, network, and Apple service availability. Check important results and keep a backup of irreplaceable files. Peel is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, except where consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be limited or a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
