Camera will not scan

Allow camera access in iOS Settings, improve lighting, and hold the code steady. You can also try scanning a saved image.

A photo scan is unavailable

Check Photos access and the free daily photo-scan limit. Pro removes that limit.

iCloud Sync is unavailable

Check Pro status and iCloud sign-in. Sync starts automatically after Pro access is confirmed; Settings shows its status, not an on/off switch.

A code leads somewhere unexpected

Do not open an unfamiliar link or join an unfamiliar network. Review the full decoded content first.

Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app when available. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
