How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used when you originally purchased. If the issue persists, contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find StudPlan: Wall Framing Layout, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but the app still shows as locked. What should I do?

Try tapping “Restore Purchases” in the app. If that does not work, force-quit the app, relaunch it, and try again. Still not working? Email us with your Apple ID and we will sort it out.

Is my data private?

Yes. StudPlan: Wall Framing Layout processes everything on your device. We do not collect or transmit your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app crashed or is not working correctly.
