Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings if an existing purchase is missing. For a subscription, use Apple’s subscription management instructions. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem. Purchases and eligibility are tied to the Apple Account used with Apple.

About calculations

Framing counts and reference tables are planning aids. Check structural loads, timber or steel specifications, header design, bracing, openings, project drawings and the governing local rules with a qualified professional.

Common questions

Does StudPlan approve a framing design?

No. Header and framing references are aids only. Site loads, local rules and final design need professional verification.

Is iCloud required?

No account with us is required. iCloud Sync is on by default in the app and can be turned off in Settings; syncing depends on your Apple iCloud availability.

Can I export a cut list?

Supported project PDF and CSV exports are available through the app; some project and export actions require Pro.
