A scan is a starting point. Review and correct the model before relying on measurements or sharing it.

Scan or draw

Capture a room on a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, including connected spaces. You can also draw a room from scratch.

Fix the details

Edit walls, openings, furniture, finishes and room names. View the result as a top-down plan or 3D model, and combine floors into a building.

Share the result

Pro unlocks PDF and PNG floor plans, USDZ models and walkthrough video export. You choose where each exported file goes.

How it works

  1. Capture a room with LiDAR or begin with a blank drawing.
  2. Review and edit the plan, model and optional walkthrough.
  3. Export your finished PDF, PNG, USDZ or video with Pro.

Device and accuracy notes

Room scanning needs a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro or iPad Pro and camera access. The app requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. A drawn room does not need a LiDAR scan. Scanned geometry can miss or misread surfaces; inspect and correct the plan before using it as a reference. It is not a substitute for a professional survey.

Projects stay under your control

The app processes scans and edits on the device. When iCloud Documents is available, saved projects sync using your Apple account; otherwise they remain in local app storage. Apple handles in-app purchases. Read the Privacy Policy for permissions, storage and sharing details.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a LiDAR device?

A LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro or iPad Pro is required to scan rooms. You can start a room by drawing without LiDAR. Previously captured projects can be edited on a compatible iPad when available through iCloud.

What can I do for free?

Scan, draw, edit and preview a plan for free. Pro is required for finished PDF, PNG, USDZ and walkthrough video exports, and for selected custom tools.

Where are my projects stored?

Projects use the app’s storage on your device and sync through your Apple iCloud Documents when available. If iCloud is unavailable, they remain in local app storage. Files you deliberately export or share go to the destination you choose.

How do I restore a purchase or get help?

Use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings. For billing or cancellation, use your Apple account subscription settings. For app help, see Support.
