For an unexpected result, confirm units, total rise, landing configuration, stair type, and selected reference standard before checking the site measurement.

Purchases and access

If a control is locked, open the in-app purchase screen to see current plans. To recover a purchase, use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed into the Apple account used to buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Apple handles billing and refunds.

Data and sharing

The reviewed app build does not implement an app account or app-managed iCloud sync. Apple may manage device backups and purchase records.

Before deleting the app or changing devices, keep copies of important exported files. A file shared with another app is managed by that destination.
