Email nz.jiangzq@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, MicDesk version, and the steps that caused the problem. For audio issues, include format and duration; send the recording only if you choose to.
Recording and AI features
Check microphone permission in Settings if recording will not start. Transcription and summaries need iOS 26 or later and compatible Apple capabilities; availability also varies by language and model.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app if an existing Pro purchase is not recognized. Apple handles the purchase and refunds.
