Conversion troubleshooting
Try a smaller copy of the file, check free storage, and confirm the source opens in another app. If a file comes from iCloud Drive, wait for its download to finish before converting.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app for an existing purchase. Check Apple Account settings for subscription management. Apple handles billing and refunds.
