Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings if an existing purchase is missing. For a subscription, use Apple’s subscription management instructions. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem. Purchases and eligibility are tied to the Apple Account used with Apple.

About calculations

AR measurements, material counts and quotes are estimates. Check room dimensions, substrate, installation pattern, waste allowance, product packaging and current labour or tax inputs on site before ordering or quoting.

Common questions

Is AR scanning available on every device?

No. AR capture needs a compatible device and camera access; manual measurements remain available.

Are photos uploaded to a service?

The app stores chosen site photos and imported plans with its local project data. Sharing an export or file sends it to the destination you select.

Can I rely on an estimate for ordering?

Verify measurements, waste, packaging and site conditions before ordering or giving a final quote.
