This policy explains how Days Off: PTO Holiday Planner handles information in the app and on this website. You do not need to create an app account.

On-device plans

Country and region choice, leave records, saved plans, custom days, and preferences are kept on the device.

Optional iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, leave data is mirrored through Apple’s iCloud key-value service under your iCloud account. It is off unless you opt in.

Calendar, files, and reminders

Calendar access is requested when you choose a direct calendar action. Importing or exporting an .ics file uses a file you select. Optional reminders use local notifications.

Apple purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and any one-time purchase through StoreKit.

Support correspondence

If you email nz.jiangzq@gmail.com, we receive the message and details you choose to send so we can answer. Please avoid sending sensitive content or account credentials.

Website access

Opening these pages sends ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the website host. The site does not ask you to sign in.

Your choices

You can change app permissions in iOS Settings, remove local app data by deleting the app, and manage optional Apple services in your device settings. Deleting local data may not delete copies already shared, exported, backed up, or synced through Apple services.
