This policy explains how Crisp: Water Eject handles information in the app and on this website. You do not need to create an app account.

On-device information

Preferences, saved tone presets, cleaning reminder settings, and completed hearing-test results (left and right threshold estimates with dates) are stored on your device. You can remove an individual hearing result with the trash control in Hearing History.

Microphone and notifications

Microphone access is requested for optional live sound tests; audio is processed during the test and is not saved as a recording. Optional reminders use local notifications.

Apple purchases

Apple handles purchases and subscription status. The app uses StoreKit to unlock access.

Support correspondence

If you email nz.jiangzq@gmail.com, we receive the message and details you choose to send so we can answer. Please avoid sending sensitive content or account credentials.

Website access

Opening these pages sends ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the website host. The site does not ask you to sign in.

Your choices

You can change app permissions in iOS Settings, remove local app data by deleting the app, and manage optional Apple services in your device settings. Deleting local data may not delete copies already shared, exported, backed up, or synced through Apple services.
