Terms of Use

Using AnyDay

These Terms of Use apply to AnyDay. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. AnyDay does not require an app account.

Use the app lawfully and respect other people's rights in any notes, photos, Calendar events, or Reminders you add or link.

What the app does

AnyDay lets you set future-date alarms and timers through Apple's AlarmKit. Optional Calendar and Reminders integration can link dates to alarms, and optional iCloud Sync can keep supported data in step across your Apple devices. iOS 26 or later and the relevant system permissions are required.

Alarm scheduling requires permission and successful registration with iOS. Calendar and Reminders rules are scanned when the app opens; any background scan depends on iOS and is not immediate or guaranteed. Check that important alarms show as armed.

Subscriptions and Lifetime purchase

AnyDay is free to download. Alarm features require a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. A trial may be available to eligible new yearly subscribers. The current local price, offer eligibility, renewal terms, and purchase choice are displayed by Apple in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew under Apple's billing terms unless you cancel through your Apple Account. A Lifetime purchase does not renew. Apple processes purchases and handles refund requests under its policies. Restoring purchases is available in the app's Settings.

Your content and privacy

You keep the rights you have in your alarms, notes, and photos. The app handles them locally by default; optional iCloud Sync uses your Apple Account. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and support correspondence.

Availability and important alarms

Alarm behavior, iCloud Sync, widgets, Calendar and Reminders access, and background refresh depend on device settings and Apple services. Check important alarm status and use an additional safeguard for safety-critical events. Features and compatibility may change with app and iOS updates.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be limited or a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
