What you can do
Give a deadline, anniversary or important appointment the same kind of alarm you would set for tomorrow morning.
Pick any date
Set an alarm for a date weeks, months or years away. Add several lead times to one event when you need an early heads-up and a final ring.
Hear a real alarm
Apple's AlarmKit provides a full-screen alarm with Snooze and Stop controls. With alarm permission granted, it can sound through Silent Mode and Focus.
Bring in Calendar events
Turn upcoming events into alarms, set rules for the events you want to catch, and write alarms you create back to a calendar you choose. Automatic rules scan when you open AnyDay; iOS may also allow background scans, but not on a guaranteed schedule.
Make Reminders ring
Turn a due date from Apple Reminders into an alarm. When you complete the reminder, its linked alarm is cancelled.
See what is coming
Keep your next date in view with Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, plus a Live Activity countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Set a quick timer
Use the separate Timers tab when you need a countdown instead of a calendar date. Timers use the same system alarm controls.
Travel with confidence
AnyDay notices time-zone changes and asks how to handle affected alarms. It also accounts for daylight saving time changes.
Sync only if you choose
Your alarms stay on your device by default. Enable iCloud Sync in Settings to keep them up to date across your iPhone and iPad.
How it works
From a future date to an alarm you can count on in three steps.
- Choose the day and time. Name the event, pick its date, and add an earlier warning if you want one.
- Allow system alarms. iOS asks for Alarm permission so AnyDay can schedule a real alarm rather than a quiet notification.
- Get the ring when it matters. See the countdown beforehand, then Snooze or Stop the alarm from the system alert.
Already use Calendar or Reminders? Connect either one when you want to turn its dates into alarms. Neither permission is needed to make an alarm directly in the app.
Private by design
Important dates can be personal. AnyDay works locally by default and does not require an AnyDay account.
On your device by default
Alarm scheduling, countdowns and your app settings work on your iPhone. Calendar and Reminders access is requested only when you open those integrations.
Your choice to use iCloud
iCloud Sync is off by default. If you enable it, your alarms sync through your Apple Account; AnyDay does not run its own sync server.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I set an alarm months or years ahead?
- Yes. Choose any future date and time. AnyDay is built for deadlines, birthdays, renewals and other events beyond the Clock app's seven-day window.
- Will it ring in Silent Mode or Focus?
- AnyDay schedules system-level alarms with Apple's AlarmKit. Once you grant alarm permission and the alarm is successfully scheduled, it can ring through Silent Mode and Focus, with Snooze and Stop controls.
- Do I have to connect Calendar or Reminders?
- No. Create date alarms and timers without connecting either app. The app requests Calendar or Reminders access only when you choose to use those integrations.
- Does it need an account or internet connection?
- No AnyDay account is required. Alarm scheduling works on your device. Optional iCloud Sync uses your Apple Account, and App Store purchases need an internet connection.
- Is AnyDay free?
- It is free to download. Alarm features require a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. A trial may be available to eligible new yearly subscribers. Apple shows the local price and trial eligibility in the app before you buy.
- Will automatic Calendar alarms appear immediately?
- No. AnyDay scans when you open the app. iOS may also allow a background scan, but its timing is not guaranteed. For an important event, open AnyDay and confirm the alarm is armed.
